At last spring is coming, or at least so I hope. Thursday and Friday I visited Dalarö, in the Stockholm archipelago. It is a really nice little city and I can recommend the hotelTo day I am going to take my second driver lesson, it is really fun!
I would like to knit a something to the baby I am expecting but I have problems to find nice patterns. The patterns I have found are all to nice, if you know what I mean. There are flowers and pink and small pretty dogs, nothing that I want my baby to wear. Do any of you have a tip? I would like a pattern in nice bright colours/colour, not blue or pink. It might be one flower but not many and not to cute. I want something that fits a baby of 0-1 years. It does not have to be a pullover it might be trousers or a nice cap. The pattern must be fairly simple, as I am not a very experienced knitter. I am happy for any suggestions!
In Stockholm we have snow, snow, snow and still more snow and it is not very fun. In a near future I am going start hate snow. I am listening with envy to Tobias stories about spring, spring flowers and sun in Brighton.
Have you seen the movie about the penguins? I felt a resemblance to them because of the climate, though we human beings are not half that cute.
